Museum of Water and the Fountain
The Water and Fountain Museum takes part in a reflection on the challenges linked to water and aims to raise awareness among the young and less young alike. By emphasizing on school and intergenerational activities, it invites classes and families to discover the riches of water, the source of life.
Listen to the murmur of the fountains in the “Clos des Fontaines”, inaugurated for the 30th anniversary of the museum. There you will learn how pumps, wells, the Archimedes screw and other water-related machines work.

Birds Bay
Although its name seems to limit its action to birds, the NPO Birds Bay is a hospital which welcomes wild animals in distress, both volatile and small mammals.
The main mission of this revalidation centre is to provide the best care for wild animals from Belgium living in a natural environment (as opposed to domestic animals that the center does not take care of) in order to better release them into their biotope.
The centre is only accessible to bring an animal. Taking contact by phone is requested beforehand to ensure that Birds Bay has the place to accommodate it.
Birds Bay is recognized by the Walloon Region as a Centre for the Revalidation of Species of Animals living in a Natural Environment. (Centre de Revalidation des Espèces Animales Vivant à l’Etat Sauvage, C.R.E.A.V.E.S).
